What does OEM shoe manufacturing mean here?
OEM means you bring the finished design and we build exactly to it. You supply the spec, tech pack or sample; we engineer the last, pattern, tooling and bill of materials and produce to your standard. You own the design and brand.
How is OEM different from ODM?
With OEM you provide the complete design and we manufacture it. With ODM we co-develop a new design with you from concept. Many buyers mix both — OEM for their own styles, ODM where they want our development. See our OEM/ODM overview.
What do you need to start an OEM order?
A tech pack or detailed spec (materials, construction, sizing, colourways) or a reference sample, plus your target price and quantity. The more complete your spec, the faster we confirm samples.
Do you develop dedicated lasts and molds for OEM?
Yes. We build custom lasts and outsole/midsole molds for your styles and keep them dedicated to your brand — they are not reused for other buyers.
What is your OEM MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 300–600 pairs/colour · 1,000 pairs/style, with low-MOQ sampling. OEM samples take 2–4 weeks; production runs 30–60 days.
How do you guarantee my spec is met?
We confirm a sealed sample against your tech pack, inspect incoming materials, check in-line during production, and run a final pre-shipment AQL inspection with graded defect classification before shipping.
