The challenge
A US importer needed a China factory to produce a single style for their customer. The catch: the first order was only 600 pairs, spread across a wide size run — a small, fragmented quantity that factory after factory refused to take on. They came to us after being turned away elsewhere.
What we did
- Took on the order other factories had turned away
- Worked closely with our suppliers to make a small, multi-size production run viable
- Delivered the first order on time, on spec and in full
- Supported air freight so the customer could still hit their launch window after a slow start elsewhere
Results
- The debut order sold exceptionally well at retail
