Can you make shoes from my own design?

Yes. Send a sketch, CAD file, tech pack or a physical reference sample and we engineer it into a production-ready shoe — developing the last, outsole mold, pattern and bill of materials to match your design intent and target cost.

What do you need to start a custom shoe?

Ideally a design or reference (sketch, image, tech pack or sample), your target market and price, size run, and any material or performance requirements. If you only have an idea, our development team can take it from concept — we create 1,000+ new styles a year.

Do you develop custom lasts and molds?

Yes. Custom lasts give your line its own fit and silhouette; custom outsole and midsole molds give it a unique sole. Tooling is kept dedicated to your brand.

What is the MOQ and lead time for custom shoes?

MOQ is 300–600 pairs/colour · 1,000 pairs/style, with low-MOQ sampling to validate the design first. Prototypes take 2–4 weeks; production runs 30–60 days.

Is custom manufacturing OEM or ODM?

Both, depending on how much you bring. OEM = we build exactly to your finished design and specs. ODM = we co-develop a new design with you from concept. Many customers mix the two across a range.

Do you keep my custom design confidential?

Yes — NDA on request. Your designs, lasts, molds and tech packs stay dedicated to your brand and are never reused for other buyers.
