DOING manufactures military and tactical boots for Russian buyers to GOST leather specifications — including GOST 28422-89, where we source and validate upper leather against the standard’s controlled indicators. We won our current Russian programme after a lower-priced factory could not meet the spec, and we sample against the standard until the material passes.
