Do you own your factory or outsource?
Both, by design. We run our own footwear factory and add a selected partner-factory network for categories and volumes beyond our lines — all under our development, tooling and quality control. You get factory pricing with one accountable team managing the build.
What is your production capacity?
Our own factory produces 200,000+ pairs per month, with additional capacity through our partner network. We scale lines to your order and can run multiple styles in parallel while holding quality.
What constructions can the factory run?
Cemented, vulcanized, injection (IP/PU), Strobel and stitch-down constructions across sneakers, running, outdoor, safety, casual, sandals, boots and more — with custom last and outsole tooling.
How does the factory control quality?
Incoming material checks, in-line inspection during production, and a final pre-shipment AQL inspection with graded defect classification before any container ships. See our testing & quality standards and REACH/RSL chemical compliance.
What is the factory MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 300–600 pairs/colour · 1,000 pairs/style, with low-MOQ sampling. Samples take 2–4 weeks; production runs 30–60 days.
