How we control quality on every military & tactical order
Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Physical testing
Oil-/slip-resistant outsole abrasion and grip, whole-boot bond strength, cold-temperature flex and — for waterproof builds — water-tightness are tested to the specification your programme requires.

Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.

Built to EU REACH and your own RSL, with accredited third-party lab reports (SGS, Intertek, BV-type) on request — so you import with confidence.

Do you manufacture boots to a military specification?
Yes. We build tactical and military boots to the buyer’s written specification — materials, construction, outsole, toe protection and finish. We already manufacture military footwear for a buyer supplying a national military procurement contract, and can source the special functional materials these boots require.
Can tactical boots be waterproof and have a protective toe?
Yes. We offer waterproof membrane bootie construction with seam-sealed joints, and steel or composite toe caps with puncture-resistant midsoles — combined or separately, to your spec.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples take 2–4 weeks; bulk production takes 30–60 days depending on materials and quantity.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
