Every style below can run as OEM (you supply the design and spec), ODM (you pick from our developed styles and we adapt them), private label (our build, your brand) or full-custom development from a sketch or reference sample.
- Steel toe shoes
- The baseline protective toe: heavier, cheaper, and it triggers metal detectors. Specify the impact rating you need (200 J is the common EN ISO 20345 requirement) and we build to it.
- Composite toe shoes
- Non-metallic toe cap — lighter, thermally neutral, passes metal detectors. Same protection class as steel when specified correctly, at a higher material cost.
- Puncture-resistant shoes
- A midsole plate (steel) or textile anti-penetration insert (non-metallic). The textile insert covers more of the footprint and adds less weight; the steel plate is cheaper. Both are built to the class you specify.
- ESD / antistatic shoes
- Electrical resistance is a property of the whole shoe, not just the outsole — insole, lining and outsole compound all matter. Tell us the resistance window your site requires and we build the stack to it.
- Work boots
- Boot-height protective footwear, often with a padded collar, oil-resistant outsole and water-resistant upper. This is the highest-volume safety build for most distributors.
- Industrial shoes
- Non-toe-cap occupational footwear for logistics, food processing and light industry: slip-resistant outsoles, easy wipe-clean uppers, all-day comfort footbeds.
- Standards and testing
- We manufacture to the standard you name (EN ISO 20345 / 20347 and equivalents). Certification belongs to the buyer's programme; test reports can be arranged through accredited third-party labs so your market paperwork holds up.

Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Physical testing
Toe-cap impact/compression, slip resistance and puncture resistance are tested to the safety standard your market requires; certification can be arranged through accredited labs.

Safety & Work Footwear — buyer questions
What is the difference between S1, S1P, S2 and S3 safety shoes?
They are protection classes under EN ISO 20345. All of them have a toe cap tested to 200 joules. S1 adds a closed heel, antistatic properties and energy absorption in the heel. S1P adds a puncture-resistant midsole. S2 is S1 plus water penetration resistance of the upper. S3 is S2 plus puncture resistance and a cleated outsole. Tell us the class your market requires and we build to it.
Steel toe cap or composite toe cap — which should we specify?
Both meet the same 200-joule impact requirement when correctly built. Steel is thinner for the same protection and costs less. Composite is lighter, does not conduct heat or cold and is non-metallic, which matters where footwear has to pass metal detection. Composite caps are usually slightly bulkier at the toe, so the last and pattern have to allow for it. We build either; the choice is normally driven by the end user’s environment and your price point.
What do the SRA, SRB and SRC slip-resistance ratings mean?
They describe which surface the outsole was tested on. SRA is ceramic tile with a sodium lauryl sulphate solution, SRB is steel with glycerol, and SRC means the outsole passed both. SRC is the one most industrial and food-service buyers specify. Slip resistance is a property of the finished sole compound and tread, so it is confirmed on the production sole, not assumed from the design.
Can you supply third-party test reports and certification?
Yes. Toe-cap impact and compression, puncture resistance, slip resistance and antistatic properties are tested to the standard your market requires, through accredited third-party laboratories (SGS, Intertek, BV-type). We can arrange testing and certification for the build; note that CE marking for PPE requires the certificate to be held by the party placing the product on the EU market, so we prepare the technical evidence your compliance route needs.
What are realistic lead times for a work footwear program?
Samples take 2–4 weeks. Bulk production runs 30–60 days depending on materials, toe-cap and midsole sourcing and quantity. Certification testing, if required, runs in parallel with sampling rather than after it — building that into your timeline is usually the difference between shipping on season and missing it.
Can you handle multi-size, multi-width industrial contracts?
Yes. Occupational programs typically run wide size ranges and repeat orders rather than one seasonal drop, which suits our setup: MOQ is 1,200 pairs per style (400–600 per colour) across our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with capacity of 200,000+ pairs per month. Size curve, packing and labelling are confirmed in writing before production.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
