How we control quality on every safety & work footwear order
Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Physical testing
Toe-cap impact/compression, slip resistance and puncture resistance are tested to the safety standard your market requires; certification can be arranged through accredited labs.

Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.
Factory & QC →Chemical compliance
Built to EU REACH and your own RSL, with accredited third-party lab reports (SGS, Intertek, BV-type) on request — so you import with confidence.

What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 300–600 pairs per colour and 1,000 pairs per style. Low-MOQ sampling is available so you can validate a safety / work shoe design before committing to a production run.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples take 2–4 weeks; bulk production takes 30–60 days depending on materials and quantity.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
