- Sport sandals
- Webbing-strap builds with adjustable closures and grippy outsoles — the closest sandal to a shoe in construction, and the one where strap anchoring strength decides whether it survives.
- Comfort sandals
- Contoured footbeds with arch support and a soft top cover. Footbed tooling is the cost centre here; once cut, one footbed can carry several upper designs across a range.
- Leather sandals
- Full-grain or split leather straps with lined footbeds. Leather grade drives both price and how the sandal ages — we quote alternatives so the choice is visible before sampling.
- Cork sandals
- Cork-latex footbeds that mould to the wearer. We have run cork-footbed sandal programmes for European buyers, including woven-strap women's styles — so this is delivered ground, not a claim.
- Outdoor sandals
- Closed-toe or toe-bumper builds with lugged outsoles for trail and water use. Quick-dry linings and rustproof hardware matter more than in a fashion sandal.
- Walking sandals
- Everyday high-mileage builds: shock-absorbing midsole, secure three-point strapping, and a footbed that stays put after repeated wetting and drying.
- EVA / moulded sandals
- One-piece or multi-density EVA builds — the lowest cost per pair in the category, driven almost entirely by mould cost, which is why style count matters more than pair count in the quote.

How we control quality on every sandal order
Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.

Strap-to-sole pull strength, buckle durability and footbed bond are tested so straps and footbeds survive real wear.

Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.

Sandals — buyer questions
Why is the quote for sandals driven by style count rather than pair count?
Because moulded footbeds and outsoles need their own moulds, and one mould covers a whole size run. Ten thousand pairs of one style is cheaper per pair than two thousand pairs of five styles. If you are testing a market, cut style count first and colour count second, because that is where the money actually is.
Can one footbed carry several sandal designs?
Yes, and it is the single best way to control tooling cost. Once a comfort or cork footbed is tooled, several strap designs can sit on it across a range while fit stays consistent. We will map your line plan onto the smallest set of footbeds that still delivers the looks you want.
How do you stop straps pulling out?
Strap anchoring is the number one sandal failure. It comes down to how the strap is attached (stitched, riveted or moulded in) and how the anchor point is reinforced. We pull-test the anchor on the confirmed sample, because a sandal that fails here comes back as a return, not a complaint.
Do you make cork footbed sandals?
Yes. We have run cork-latex footbed programmes for European buyers, including woven-strap women’s sandals and slippers, so this is delivered ground rather than a capability claim. Cork behaves differently from EVA in both moulding and wear, so plan an extra sampling round the first time.
What is the difference between a sport sandal and a comfort sandal in production?
A sport sandal is closer to a shoe: webbing straps, adjustable hardware, a grippy outsole and a lot of stitching. A comfort sandal is footbed-led, with the contoured footbed doing the work and simpler straps. They are different cost structures and different sampling timelines, so it is worth deciding which one you are actually building before we quote.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.

We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
