- House slippers
- Closed or open-back indoor builds with plush, terry or micro-suede linings and a soft anti-slip outsole. The lining hand-feel is what gets re-ordered, so we sample lining options side by side.
- Pool slides
- Single-band moulded slides — EVA or PU. Cost is mould-driven: one mould covers a full size run, so the quote moves with style count more than with pair count.
- Slide sandals
- Fashion and sport slides with contoured footbeds, moulded logos and textured tread. Logo depth and draft angle have to be right in the mould or the branding blurs after a few hundred pairs.
- EVA slippers
- Injected or compression-moulded EVA — light, washable, and the workhorse of the category. Density choice trades softness against how quickly the footbed packs out.
- "Cloud" / pillow slippers
- Thick, high-rebound moulded uppers — currently the fastest-moving slipper silhouette. Compression set is the failure mode to watch; we test it so the shoe that ships still rebounds three months in.
- Bathroom slippers
- Fully waterproof builds with drainage and a wet-grip tread pattern. Materials and tread differ from indoor slippers, so treat them as a separate development, not a colourway.
- Hotel and promotional slippers
- Disposable and re-usable builds at high volume with printed or embroidered branding — usually the lowest-cost entry point into a private-label programme.

Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.

Sole bond strength and lining colorfastness are tested; EVA density and hardness are checked against the approved sample.

Slippers & Slides — buyer questions
What makes slippers a high-volume, fast-turnaround category?
Construction is simpler than a lasted shoe: most indoor styles and EVA slides skip last-based assembly, so tooling is lighter and production cycles are shorter. That is why supermarket programs, hotel supply and seasonal promotions run slippers at volume with repeat orders rather than one seasonal drop. MOQ is still 1,200 pairs per style (400–600 per colour), with capacity of 200,000+ pairs per month.
EVA, TPR or plush — which sole and lining should we specify?
EVA is light, cheap and warm-feeling, and is the default for slides and indoor soles. TPR is heavier but harder-wearing and grips better on wet floors, which matters for bathroom and hotel use. Plush and terry linings are chosen on hand-feel and washability rather than performance. Tell us where the slipper is worn — bathroom, hotel corridor, home — and the sole choice usually follows from that.
Can you produce hotel and hospitality slippers to a spec sheet?
Yes. Hospitality programs are usually spec-driven rather than design-driven: fixed sizes, fixed weight of lining, printed or embroidered logo, and individual polybag or non-woven bag packing. Send the spec sheet and packing requirement and we quote against it; packing and labelling are confirmed in writing before production because they drive a real part of the cost in this category.
How do you handle seasonal and promotional timing?
Samples take 2–4 weeks and bulk production 30–60 days, so a seasonal slipper program needs to start roughly four months before it has to be on shelf, plus shipping. Slippers are frequently a repeat-order category, so the second season is faster — the tooling and approved sample already exist and only the artwork and colours change.
What do you test on slippers and slides before shipment?
Sole-to-upper bond strength, slip resistance on the sole where the end use requires it, colorfastness to rubbing on printed and textile parts, and strap pull strength on slides. For hospitality and retail programs we also confirm packing integrity, since the pack is part of what the buyer is selling.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
