- Shoe uppers (semi-finished)
- Cut-and-stitched uppers shipped to your own lasting line — the highest-value component we supply, and the one that lets a factory abroad keep final assembly local for duty or origin reasons.
- Outsoles
- Rubber, TPR, TPU and EVA outsoles from your design or ours, tooled per size run. Compound choice drives abrasion, grip and cold flex; we quote alternatives rather than one number.
- Midsoles
- EVA and phylon midsoles, compression-moulded or injected, with density tuned to the ride you want. Compression set is tested so the midsole does not flatten in the first month.
- Insoles and footbeds
- Moulded, contoured or flat footbeds — EVA, PU, cork-latex or textile-covered — including removable versions for orthotic use.
- Lasts and moulds
- Last and sole-mould development, including 3D structure design, wooden pattern, aluminium or steel tooling and trial moulding; see our sole and mould development page for the full timeline.
- Heels and reinforcements
- Heel blocks, counters, toe puffs and shanks matched to the construction — the parts that decide whether a boot keeps its shape after a season.

Quality, testing & compliance
How we control quality on every shoe component order
Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Physical testing
Components are physically tested before release — upper tensile/tear and bond strength, outsole hardness, density and DIN abrasion — against the approved sample.

Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.
Factory & QC →Chemical compliance
Built to EU REACH and your own RSL, with accredited third-party lab reports (SGS, Intertek, BV-type) on request — so you import with confidence.

Shoe Components — buyer questions
Can I order only uppers or only outsoles?
Yes. We supply semi-finished components — completed uppers, outsoles, midsoles and tooling — as a standalone program for factories and brands that assemble elsewhere.
What is the MOQ for components?
Component MOQ is flexible and depends on the part and tooling; contact us with your specs for a tailored quote. Low-MOQ development is available.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples take 2–4 weeks; bulk production takes 30–60 days depending on materials and quantity.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
