Every style below can run as OEM (you supply the design and spec), ODM (you pick from our developed styles and we adapt them), private label (our build, your brand) or full-custom development from a sketch or reference sample.
- Fashion sneakers
- Design-led builds where the upper does the work: material mix, colour blocking and stitching detail. Cemented construction is the norm because it gives the cleanest lines.
- Casual sneakers
- Everyday wear at a mass-retail price. Cost control lives in the outsole tooling and upper material count — every extra panel is another cutting die and another operation.
- Lifestyle sneakers
- Sport-inspired looks without performance requirements. Usually the highest-margin sneaker for a private-label programme because the tooling can be shared across a range.
- Vulcanized sneakers
- Canvas or suede uppers on a vulcanized rubber sole with a foxing tape — the classic skate/court silhouette. A different production line from cemented builds, with its own curing step.
- Cupsole sneakers
- A pre-formed rubber cup bonded to the upper: sturdier, cleaner sidewall, higher tooling cost. This is also the construction closest to a basketball build.
- Injection and knit builds
- Direct-injected soles and engineered-knit uppers cut labour and weight at higher mould cost. Worth it above a certain volume; we tell you where that line sits for your quantities.
- What we test
- Whole-shoe bond strength, outsole flex and abrasion, and rubbing colorfastness on the upper, against the approved production sample.

How we control quality on every sneaker order
Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Physical testing
Whole-shoe bond strength, outsole flex and rubbing colorfastness are tested before shipment so finished sneakers hold up in wear.

Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.

Sneakers — buyer questions
Our first order is only a few hundred pairs — can you still work with us?
Be straight about the arithmetic: MOQ is 1,200 pairs per style and 400–600 per colour, and sneakers are the category where enquiries most often come in well under that. Low-MOQ sampling lets you validate a design first, and one style in two colours is the cheapest way to reach a real production run. If you need a few hundred pairs of several styles, we are probably not the right factory yet — and saying so now saves you weeks.
What decides the price of a sneaker?
Outsole tooling, the number of upper panels, and the material mix — in that order. Every extra panel is another cutting die and another stitching operation, so a busy colour-blocked design costs more to make than an expensive material used simply. We will show you where the cost sits before you finalise the design.
Vulcanized, cupsole or injection — which construction do we want?
Vulcanized gives the classic canvas/skate look with a foxing tape and needs its own curing line. Cupsole gives a sturdier, cleaner sidewall at higher tooling cost. Direct injection cuts labour and weight but needs volume to pay back the mould. Tell us the look and the quantity and the answer usually picks itself.
Can you match a reference sneaker we bring?
We can match construction, materials and fit intent, and we will tell you where the reference uses proprietary tooling we cannot copy. We will not clone a protected design or a registered trade dress — that is your legal exposure and ours, and it is not a service we offer.
How many sampling rounds should we plan for a sneaker?
Two to three is normal: first sample to confirm fit and construction, second to confirm materials and colour, third if the design changes. Each round is 2–4 weeks. Fixing the last and outsole early is what keeps the count down — changes after tooling is cut are the expensive kind.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
