- Padel shoes
- Court shoes for padel: supportive upper, lateral stability and an outsole that grips artificial grass with sand infill. Spain, Sweden, Italy and Latin America drive most of this demand.
- Herringbone vs omni outsoles
- Herringbone bites into sand infill and clears it; omni (full-surface studded) spreads grip and lasts longer on abrasive courts. Tell us which surface your buyers actually play on and we tool accordingly — this single choice decides whether players re-buy.
- Tennis / hard-court shoes
- Hard-court builds need a denser abrasion-resistant outsole and a reinforced toe for toe-drag; clay builds use a full herringbone that sheds clay. Same court-shoe family as padel, different outsole compound and tread.
- Indoor court shoes
- Non-marking gum or light rubber outsoles for wooden and synthetic indoor floors, with a lower profile for quick direction changes.
- Lateral support and torsion
- Court sport is side-to-side, not forward. Support comes from the upper structure, a firm heel counter and a torsion element — a running shoe upper on a court outsole fails at exactly the moment the player pushes sideways.
- Toe protection
- Toe drag is the number one wear point on court shoes. We add abrasion overlays or a moulded toe bumper and test the bond, because a shoe that opens at the toe after a month is a return, not a complaint.
- Testing for court builds
- Outsole abrasion, whole-shoe bond and flex, plus lateral-stress checks on the confirmed sample. Third-party lab reports can be arranged through accredited labs when a retailer asks.

Can you make tennis and other court shoes, not just padel?
Yes, they are the same construction family. Hard-court tennis builds need a denser abrasion-resistant outsole and a reinforced toe for toe drag; clay builds use a full herringbone that sheds clay; indoor court shoes use non-marking gum. Same last and upper platform, different outsole compound and tread.
Why does a court shoe need different support from a running shoe?
Court sport is side-to-side, not forward. Support comes from the upper structure, a firm heel counter and a torsion element. Put a running-shoe upper on a court outsole and it fails at exactly the moment the player pushes off sideways — which is also when the player gets hurt.
