The challenge

A Spanish brand’s contract factory in Thailand had become too expensive and could no longer supply enough — leaving them urgently searching for a replacement to both develop and manufacture woven-strap and woven-rope women’s sandals and slippers. They found us through our website. The honest complication: this category sits outside our own factory’s specialty, which is sports, athleisure and outdoor footwear — so a pure factory would simply have said no.
